Meet Stephanie G. O’Sullivan

Stephanie G. O’Sullivan is a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting teens and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief, and life transitions.

Stephanie majored in Psychology with a concentration in Art Therapy and received clinical training from Union Institute & University. She brings a compassionate, client centered approach to her work. Her experience across diverse therapeutic settings allows her to provide thoughtful, personalized support that helps individuals feel understood, empowered, and equipped for growth.

She has also received training in hypnotherapy. While she does not currently practice hypnosis directly, she incorporates techniques from this training to support anxiety control and stress reduction.
