Stephanie G. O'Sullivan

Stephanie G. O'Sullivan is a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience dedicated to empowering individuals to harness their strengths and overcome life's challenges. She specializes in supporting teens and adults with late-diagnosis ADHD, anxiety, greif and various mental health concerns.

Since her teenage years, Stephanie has been passionate about mental health, volunteering with Madison Youth and Family Services to work directly with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges—an experience that sparked her dedication.

She continued her education at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, earning a bachelor’s degree with a major in Art Therapy. Following this, Stephanie pursued her clinical master's degree at Union Institute & University, where she completed practicums and internships with organizations such as High Hopes Therapeutic Riding School and The Cove Center for Grieving Children. Her post-graduate residency and clinical hours were completed with the ASD Center for Therapeutic Services.

During her studies, she also owned and operated Artistic Healings, a practice where she taught art as a relaxation and therapeutic technique to promote emotional well-being. Her diverse background and extensive hands-on experience inform her compassionate, client-centered approach.
